Mark, also, earning 10% instead of 20% has nothing to do with you being an Opal or not.

Yes. The first account is the real account. As for recent, can leave it there. For the second account he/she can set his/her settings to 'NO' in Account > Account Settings (stroll to bottom) and he/she will not be receiving any emails from Tim.

Congrats Mark!
As I understand it...
You automatically qualify for all Permanent Downline. You also qualify for Temporary Downline to 70 levels. To go further down with the Temporary Downline you need to make sales.
In WomVegas, click on Profile, click on MyCQ.
There you will see Green Buttons (you are qualified) and Red Buttons (you are NOT qualified). Just click on the Red Buttons to see what you need to do to qualify.
Don't for get to stop by and add to the chat at WomTown Saint Catharines
when you can. Also, I updated your Business Listing there and I have been sending traffic to it. :)

Hi Mark, Bill Is Perfectly Right. In Order to Qualify for All Commissions on all products Under your CQ Commissions Qualifying you need to Sell the $7 Packages to a Personally Referred Member/Members, in Your First Level Downline, who have NOT applied to be, OR are Sales Agents,i.e. Customers. Then all your Lights will be GREEN, and you will Qualify for Commissions for 70 Days, And up to 7,000 Levels Down.

I understaqnd you are paying them and I think they are not reading their emails. I have been personally contacting people in my downline on Face Book to let them know they have emails to read from Wom Vegas but I guesss they go into their Junk Mail or something. I tell them to check their Junk Mail to see emails from Wom Vegas. It's too bad we don't have our own email system like Hot Mail that they could join so that they do not lose their emails to them.

Hello Mark. I can say that the reason many continue topaz membership is they put some effort in their work, and more. Only then can their topaz membership pay for itself. There are topaz members that have been paying for itself and more, and then some, for a long time in the over two-years womVegas been in the advertising business. The womVegas free incentives are there for all members, both free and paid. I can say that with the free incentives to promote other programs, it does not take much effort to recruit prospects for free ... whereas a topaz member, if promoting other programs (which is usually), will take longer and with more effort on their part to build their womVegas direct referrals. The key here is to build your direct referral team.
Members who once could not afford a topaz membership are now having their memberships pay for itself. They did it by focusing on womVegas, and/or on one business at a time. Which business is the question.

Wow! I am sorry Mark but I just don't see how there is no incentive to stay here - even as a free member. I see a lot of people online who are promoting ways to make a full time income just by promoting programs similar to our Paid To Rate site.
As far as Topaz... I am not sure how any additional incentive would help when you are already getting about $650 worth of advertising for only $75 and they have the option of 'testing' each the products for only $1 if they want to try it out.
If someone says to you that they cannot afford Topaz, ask them if they are willing to find two people who CAN afford Topaz. Sponsoring two Topaz members pays $60/mo then your Topaz membership would only be a NET Cost of $15.
Yes, it is true that you will not earn any Topaz commissions until you upgrade, but so what?! People have to be willing to focus on what they CAN do and not what they cannot do. If someone cannot afford Topaz right away, I suggest they ACT as if they are going to be affording it soon and, before they know it, it will be true.
Also... On 2012-08-08 I posted a reply on your personal message board about the different ways to make money from the individual City sites at WomTown which is another way that free members can make money here. But, you never replied to that message so I am not sure what you think about those ideas.
One thing I learned along the way...
When you promote a Free-To-Join program, you are going to attract a lot of freebie seekers - this is just a fact of life in the online business world. The key to bringing in the RIGHT kind of people is found in how and where you promote your WomVegas links.
Some people prefer to get as many referrals as possible. This is why they send out tons of Sign-Up-For-Free-And-Get-These-Awesome-Bounses. Some people even take so-called Short Cuts and buy Guaranteed Sign-Ups. These methods CAN Work but it takes a lot of undersatnding and patience - it is up to the Sponsor to build the Percieved Value in the tools and services offered here. You have to be willing to take full resposibility of building the Relationship with your referrals.
If you want to attract Paying Customers, I suggest you put all your promotions into the Preferred Customer and Topaz sales pages. The problem with this strategy is that you will get a lot less referrals however, the referrals you DO Get will be people who signed up with the understanding that there is Paid Advertising involved. This means that you're Referral/Paid Member conversion ratio will likely be much better than the Freebie-Seeker example I used earlier.
For example... Would your prefer to have 400 Free Referrals with only one upgraded member, or have 50 referrals with 5 upgraded members?
Before you answer too quickly, understand this... the 50 Referrals from the second example will likely be harder to get than the 400 referrals in the first example. It really comes down to how comfortable and committed you are to your Marketing Strategy.
I remember reading a Sales Trainging book (I wish I remembered the name) years ago that said something to the effect that Closing The Sale begins at the first point of contact.
If you want to attract Paid Members, tell that to your prospect in your Marketing Message ~ We Are Looking For Serious Business Builders!
If you want to attract people who will communicate, tell that to your prospect in your Marketing Message ~ Contact Me For More Information (instead of giving them your link)

We need to advertise more in the CHAT ROOMS there is not enough Ads going in those Rooms to encourage people to spend money if you click on a Chat Room Ad there is hardly any Ads going in those Rooms! Come on People put more Ads in there to let people know this thing works! Is there any way Tim you can put all the ads that go into all of the Ads here at Wom Vegas into the Advertising Rooms to SPIKE IT UP to make people know that there is something going on here! You need to let them know if they place an Ad that they get something back for the Bang for their BUCK! Like if you place an Ad you get instant cash of even just $1.00 back for placing an Ad! We have to encourage people to SPEND MONEY HERE. The MORE YOU GIVE BACK THE MORE YOU WILL GET IN REVENUE BEING SPENT HERE! THINK ABOUT IT!!!!

I think you need to give some cash incentive to make people want to join WOM VEGAS like if they put up $7 in Classifed Ads or Banner Ads they get $14 dollars in FREE ADS double or even triple their investment to encourage them to spend money here. One thing I really like is someone like you always looking for ways to improve wom Vegas. I would say 20% of the improvements from wom Vegas are from people like that that make suggestions.
However, we already give away TONS AND TONS of free ads. I dont' think giving away more will increase signups any.
But, please keep suggesting things.
