The Food Truck Carnival in Anchorage was a popular success. Five trucks gathered in the overflow parking lot at Chilkoot Charlies from 11am until 3pm. Local station KTUU, channel 11, even did a news video. To see click here

Greetings Friends!
It's supposed to be sunny by mid-week, above freezing by the end of the week and into the 40s by next week. Summer IS coming (we promise ;-) and we have just the beer for you!
Last August we hosted the Anchortown Invitiational, a competition involving the Great Northern Brew Club here in Anchorage. We picked Lee and John Boyd's Belgian Witbier as the best of show beer and agreed to brew it at King Street for them. Over the last couple of months we worked with them to scale up their recipe, and then invited them to come to the brewery and brew up this fabulous beer with us!
Debuting this Wednesday, please welcome our third seasonal of 2013, Nirvana Wit! A complex herbal lemongrass aroma introduces you to this beer and is followed by a light sweet citrusy wheat taste that ends crisp, dry, and with a clean and refreshing tartness. It's perfect for a sunny day, which we guarantee we'll have if you come on by!
