All right, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding Content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of womVegas.com and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the womVegas.com name or any of the womVegas.com trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding womVegas.com, or the Services is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.

Restrictions on Content and Use of the Services

We reserve the right at all times (but will not have an obligation) to remove or refuse to distribute any Content on the Services and to terminate users or reclaim usernames. Inactive Account Policy

Free accounts that have no activity for 45 days will be deleted..  The exception is if the free account has sponsored accounts  that do show activity.

Cancellation of Promo Kit Policy

To cancel any Promo Kits you have purchased you must go to your AlertPay.com account and cancel your subscription.  Once you do this your Promo Kit account will be cancelled immediately so it would be a good idea to wait until the day before your account is set to renew to cancel.  You may choose to cancel earlier.

womVegas.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Services to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are properly provided to us. If you believe that your Content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information: (i) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (iii) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material; (iv) your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address; (v) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (vi) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Entire Agreement
These Terms, the womVegas.com Rules and our Privacy Policy are the entire and exclusive agreement between womVegas.com and you regarding the Services (excluding any services for which you have a separate agreement with womVegas.com that is explicitly in addition or in place of these Terms), and these Terms supersede and replace any prior agreements between womVegas.com and you regarding the Services.

We may revise these Terms from time to time, the most current version will always be at womVegas.com.com/tos. If the revision, in our sole discretion, is material we will notify you via an @womVegas.com update or e-mail to the email associated with your account. By continuing to access or use the Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

In addition to being a free member or a customer
you may also become a sales agent.

Customers do not participate in compensation plan: Purchasing a promo kit package does not entitle the customer to participate in the compensation plan for referring customers. No one earns income by referring or recruiting sales agents. To earn income by selling Promo Kit Packages you must fill out a seperate application to become a sales agent. There is no fee to become a sales agent.

Bonus: If a Promo Kit Package is sold to a NON sales agent, someone who is only a customer and is not participating in the compensation plan, the sales agent who referred the customer will receive 10,000 points every month that the customer renews.

There is no limit to how many customers you can sponsor on your first level.

Example 1, this is not a guarantee: If you sponsor 7 Opal Promo Kit customers, and they become sales agents and then each sponsor 7 Opal Promo Kit customers, and that continues 5 levels down, you will earn $27,179.25 per month.

Example 2, this is not a guarantee: If you sponsor 7 Pearl Promo Kit customers, and they become sales agents and then each sponsor 7 Pearl Promo Kit customers, and that continues 5 levels down, you will earn $54,358.50 per month.

Example 3, this is not a guarantee: If you sponsor 7 Topaz Promo Kit customers, and they become sales agents and then each sponsor 7 Topaz Promo Kit customers, and that continues 5 levels down, you will earn $81,537.75 per month.

This would qualify you also for the Triple Diamond Infinity Bonus which would pay you $39,214 per month on the first 5 levels, PLUS $2 per month per Promo Kit customer unlimited levels down. The exception is that if another sales agent below you qualifies for an infinity bonus you will not be paid the $2 infinity bonus for any Promo Kit Package customers inside their organization.

Opal	To achieve Opal you must purchase and continue to pay monthly the $25 Opal Promo Kit Package.
Pearl	To achieve Pearl you must purchase and continue to pay monthly the $50 Pearl Promo Kit Package.
Topaz	To achieve Topaz you must purchase and continue to pay monthly the $75 Topaz Promo Kit Package.
Sapphire	To achieve Sapphire you must be an active sales agent who is also purchasing a Promo Kit Package, and have 5 or more Promo Kit Customers on your first 5 levels.
Emerald	To achieve Emerald you must be an active sales agent who is also purchasing a Promo Kit Package, and have 20 or more Promo Kit Customers on your first 5 levels.
