GO WHERE THE GOOD PEOPLE ARE
Where is a good source of people that want to join MLM? Teachers. If you want to build a MLM leader you want someone who can teach and train, and are grossly underpaid. Especially Band Teachers! They know how to sell already to raise funds.
Who else? Housewives. They know how to train people. They train their husbands, they train their children, they are managers, they manage time, they are grossly underpaid.

The rules about promos and ads are directed to marketing sites that are recruiting affiliates, or with an affiliate id, or somebody trying to earn commissions. The ability to link outside of womvegas in the Coffee shop was removed to prevent robots and spammers from linking to their websites. If somebody mentions the name of a business or website they like, it is not spam, but it is a promotion for a business, as long as they are not trying to earn money from it; it is more of a personal recommendation than an ad.
For instance, a person can say they like Twitter, Myspace, McDonalds, or the NFL. But if they are an affiliate of a marketing website, then saying they like that website is a violation in the Coffee Shop (there are lots of places in Wom Vegas where it is ok to promote).
The chat rules in the Coffee Shop state:
"In the Coffee Shop chat room, members are NOT allowed to mention business opportunity websites, or the names of companies, that primarily recruit associates or a business opportunity, even if it is just part of a conversation."

Paid To Rate Can Monetize Your Downline Through Ten Levels Here In WomVegas!
Hopefully you are as excited as I am about the addition of the Paid To Rate program here at WomVegas. All WomVegas members can view websites from the Surf Sites link from the list of links on the right side of this page and some of them pay from one to as much as five cents ... of course there are points to be accumulated too.
Will pennies make a difference? If everyone does just a little then the earnings possible through ten levels SHOULD get people exited. Certainly provides one of the best compensation structures I am aware of for totally free members!
Let's get the word out to everyone of what this get do! It puts even more substance to the word of mouth aspects of our fabulous womVegas social networking community.
I am so impressed with this addition that I have featured two Paid To View programs that can put a few more pennies in the pockets of you and your team ... look for them as you are in the Surf Site area, Hits4Pay and ClixSense ... these do not have quite the umph of the Paid To Rate opportunity here at womVegas, but a concerted effort can allow folk to leverage the power of many doing just a little activity each day. J. Paul Getty was heard to say, "I'd rather have 1% of the efforts of 100 people than 100% of only my own efforts!"

The notion of a business friendly social networking community is an excellent one, so thankfully Tim has gotten the reality the approach the imagined potential! If you have been active in other variations of social networking programs then you can fully appreciate what we have here in womVegas. We actually DO get to know each other and support each other in both big and small ways. Maybe it is the diversity of the folks that gather here, maybe it is the variety of activities, I know it has a lot to do with the friendly and helpful folks that you find here and I also know it has a lot to do with the efforts of the creator of this community and his openness to allowing the members to provide suggestions and feedback on aspects of the program.
There is not enough time or space to detail out the component parts that add up to such a special place, so I will simply encourage you to explore around and have fun discovering the various attributes.
It certainly helps that earnings are paid out daily and that we are fortunate to having one of the most caring and ethical people I have ever had the pleasure of getting to know working tirelessly to improve the program and provide tremendous value at every level.
Social networking looks to be an increasingly popular format and womVegas is leading the way into a very bright future for those of us fortunate enough to have already found a home here!
