I spent 11 years building homes as a contractor and had many aspirations to find more leverage that would allow me to invest in real estate and help others do the same. I became a licensed real estate agent in 1995 and opened my own office with my partners in 2002. We started a Keller Williams Realty franchise Market Center ij Tacoma, Washington and have been growing and refining that wonderful company ever since.
When the market began it's fallout in late 2006 I had decided that if things got worse I would be determined to find ways to stay connected and become a vital resource for my clients. As things worsened and thousands and thousands of homeowners began losing their jobs and foreclosing the writing was on the wall. It was apparent that if someone didn't do something quick many, many people would just give up and maybe never own a home again for a very long time as result of damaged credit and limited cash. Things were going to just come to a halt and my income would begin faltering and suffer along with the industry.
